Are you looking for the next place to host a small event, have a spa day or are you a photographer looking to rent a space for the day? We have a space for you! Wild Mare Studios is located at 31 1/2 Monument Square in Urbana, Oh.

PHOTOGRAPHERS

Rent one of our 3 gorgeous spaces with beautiful natural light by the hour or for a whole day.

*The photographer MUST book the rental. If you are a client please tell your photographer to book the rental and reimburse them according to their policy. If you choose to ignore this and continue on to book please understand you are responsible for all studio terms and conditions.*

STUDIO TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Payment 

We require payment in full upon booking studio time.

Reschedules & Cancellations

No Refunds for Cancellations less than 7 days before scheduled booking. 

One reschedule is allowed but it must be communicated 48 hours before scheduled booking. Rescheduling requests less than 48 hours are considered cancellations and rescheduling is at the owners discretion. Specific dates and times are not guaranteed

Studio Time

Your appointment begins and ends at your scheduled time this includes set up. tear down and clean up. There is no early entry to the studio and you are not guaranteed time to extend your session the day of.

***Clients who exceed their scheduled time will be charged an additional rental hour and may still be required to vacate the studio. Late arrival time is non-refundable you still MUST end at the intended time. Example: Booked 1pm-2pm, arrival is 1:20. Photographer and clients still need to vacate by 2pm and room is expected to be put back they way it was and cleaned up.***

Prohibited Items & Activities

NO dragging of studio furniture and props

NO use of lit candles (battery operated are fine)

NO confetti, glitter or other small pieces that can get stuck in the floor.

NO paint,

No smoking/vaping/use of tobacco or other substances. This will result in immediate removal from the premises and a minimum $500 fine.

No Food or Drink in the studio spaces

No Pets

Damaged/Missing Items

Once occupying the studio, the client(s) become responsible for Wild Mare Studios inventory and property. Clients will be subject to additional charges for the cleaning, repair, or replacement of any lost/damaged inventory items or studio property.

Photography Release

Photographers working directly with Wild Mare Studios agree to credit us in all photos published or used for other media purposes.

DISCLAIMERS:

Heating & Air Conditioning

Our studio is located in a historical building without central A/C. It is equipped with a heating system. During the winter, the building heat runs select hours during the day when the studio is booked. During the summer, the studio is equipped with a portable air units to cool the studios. We our best to provide comfortable temperatures in our studios, but on extreme temperature days it can struggle. We urge renters to take outdoor weather conditions into account when booking the studios and dress accordingly as well as inform their clients to do the same. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Building Wheelchair Accessibility

We recommend booking a tour to determine if the building's accessibilities will accommodate your rental needs. We appreciate your patience and understanding. This building DOES NOT offer wheelchair accessibility and does require the use of stairs.
